Delete your MedMate account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open MedMate and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Profile and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm twice.

By email

If you can't open the app, email hello@interestship.com from any address with the subject "Delete my MedMate account" and the mobile number you signed in with. We will confirm by SMS to that number and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (mobile number) and profile (name, city)
• Your medicines and dose history
• Your family links, on both sides, and the summary family members could see
• Your invite codes and notifications

What is kept

• A one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of your mobile number, kept to prevent abuse of invite rewards. It cannot be turned back into your number.
• Crash reports, which expire automatically after 90 days and contain no medicine data.

Data that stays only on your phone (for example your water log) is removed when you uninstall the app.
